SHIPPING
We ship customer orders from our warehouse in Sydney Australia. The location from which orders are fulfilled is at the discretion of Sunglasses Concept.
At the moment, Sunglasses Concept only offers domestic shipping within Australia. Orders placed or sent outside of Australia are not accepted by us.
All orders within Australia are shipped for a fixed fee of $10, accordingly. This includes handling, processing, and fulfillment.
PROCESSING
One of our skilled employees inspects each pair of sunglasses for flaws before delivery.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 10 am to 3 pm, excluding weekends and public holidays in Australia. Orders placed not in these hours won’t be processed until the previously indicated window of time.
Delivery of orders typically takes two to five working days. There may be additional delays for deliveries to remote areas of Australia. Please take into account minor delays during sales times and COVID-19-related logistical difficulties.
MODIFICATION TO THE DELIVERY ADDRESS
Once your order has been fulfilled, we are unable to accept adjustments, so please double-check your address at checkout.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED
We will notify you via email as soon as your order is sent. As your package starts to travel through a postal carrier, you will receive a tracking email shortly after. Additionally, you can check the progress of your order at any time by logging into your account.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER
Sunglasses Concept will send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your product leaves our warehouse. You will receive an email from the shipping carrier with your tracking number and a link to follow the progress of your order as soon as your item is processed at the sorting facility. Please wait 12 to 24 hours for your tracking information from the shipping carrier to arrive.
